The EPISTEP database is directed at Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Europe, who work in the areas of mobile communications, embedded systems and nano-electronics or have interests in these areas.
By registering in the EPISTEP database, you will give your organisation the chance to:
- work together with the major providers in Europe
- find new commercial partners by making your organisation more visible to a broad public in Europe
- obtain information about funding opportunities from the European Commission
- learn how to get involved in the European Technological Platforms in the sectors of mobile communications, embedded systems and nano-electronics
You will have access to a pan European network of companies, working in the sectors of mobile communications, embedded systems and nano-electronics and EPISTEP will introduce you to corporations like Nokia, Siemens, Alcatel, Ericsson, STMicroelectronics, Philips, Bosch, Thomson, Finmeccanica, Infineon, to name just a few.
It will take less than 10 minutes of your time to complete the database template and once complete it will enable us to work more successfully with your company.
The database is divided in 4 sections: Section 1 provides general information about your company; Section 2 deals with research and development activities of your company; Section 3 concerns your participation in European funded programmes and Section 4 deals with your participation in non EU programmes.
Only information provided in Section 1 will be visible when searching the Database. Personal information provided in the questionnaire is used exclusively for statistical analysis and for follow up questions. If you so wish we guarantee confidentiality of your contact detail and in that case any contacts with your organisation will be via EPISTEP.
